10 questions to asked before end of the year

End of the year is coming and I always love the feel of a fresh new year. Looking forward to 2020 with Mindful in mind. I also love to keep track of what happened in 2019. Too bad that I didn't have the mood and I didn't make the time to blog more this year. I have the intention to start doing this hobby again but I think it's going to take time. 2020 is going to be a great year to jump start and document more memories in this beautiful blog of mine

Here are ten questions to ask yourself about this year before we start with our new journey in 2020

1. What makes this year unforgettable?

My son graduated from University and he got a job all in the same year. I attended cycling and running events these year and I really enjoyed them

2. What did I enjoy about 2019?

I love that I can manifest money easily and effortlessly. Money is definitely an energy and we are all connected. I can finally say that I am comfortable with receiving money and I am not going to apologise for it. Money is my friend and my is a tool for me to be myself.

3. Who or what are you most thankful for?

I am thankful that I saved enough money to buy a new iPad Pro 11" with the new apple pencil. These devices totally changed my life

4. What is my biggest win this year?

I finally understand what Self love really mean. I do enjoy the process of learning about myself and be happy with myself. I can finally say that this is me, accept me as I am and I will not apologise for being true to myself.

5. What did I read/watch/listen to that made an impact on me this year?

I tried to read 25 books but I ended up reading 20 books. It is still a great accomplishment for me. One of the book I read was " The Four Agreement" and this book really have an impact on me.
     1. Be impeccable with your word
     2. Don't take anything personally
     3. Don't make assumptions
     4. Always do your best
I think everyone should read this book and it is an easy read.

6.What did I worry most about and how did it turn out?

I used to worry about money, do I have enough to support my lifestyle and my kids. As it turn out money is abundant. You always have enough for whatever that you need. You just have to change your mindset. Alhamdulillah I always have more than enough money to support my lifestyle and support my children. Thank you Allah.

7. Do I have regrets? Why?
I don't have any regrets. I tend to live my life without regrets.

8. Is there one thing I want to change about myself?
I always take thing personally, so in 2020 I am going to do my best not to take things personally. Everybody else is just like me, they have stuffs that they are dealing with that has nothing to do with me.

9. What surprised me most about 2019?
I am finally understand what loving myself mean.

10. If I could return to January 1 of the year, what suggestions would I have for myself for a better year? What lessons were learned?

I would definitely read The Four Agreement book first. This book is the key to everything. I can avoid a lot of pain and heart ache if I read and understand the four agreement early on. So for 2020 I choose "MINDFUL" for my one little word. A word I want to explore and inject into my life. MINDFUL is important to live a healthy and happy life.

So how was your 2019 looked like and how is your mindset entering 2020. It's a beginning of an era. I am so happy and thankful that I am alive in this era. I enjoy enjoy technologies advancement and also still enjoy the nature.

Big Bad Wolf Book Haul // 2019

I was extremely excited that I finally got a chance to visit Big Bad Wolf book sale at the Mines last Saturday. Even though there were not as many books on fiction, crime/thriller genre and self help book, I still managed to snatch six hard cover books at the price of RM12 each.

I didn't dare to visit kindle malaysia booth because I know that there are new kindle oasis release this year. And I am not going to tempt myself to get the latest version. I am still happy with my kindle and I think I am going to enjoy my kindle oasis 2 for another two more years.

Here are my hauls

1) ALL THE BEAUTIFUL LIES BY PETER SWANSON

2) RELENTLESS BY DEAN KOONTZ

3) THE FAVORITE SISTER BY JESSICA KNOIL

4) WHAT REMAINS OF ME BY ALISON GAYLIN

5) NO MAN'S LAND BY DAVID BALDACCI

6) THE HOUSE OF SECRETS BY BRAD MELTZER AND TOD GOLDBERG

I am keeping my books to a very minimum because this time I am going to read all of them before end of 2020. Wish me luck.

And here were a few photos taken during our outing. I really enjoy going here with my kids. I like to surround myself with books. I don't know why. Some how this makes me happy.

I am looking forward to the next Big Bad Wolf. Hopefully next year they will stock up with new books and more selection on fiction. Basically more for adults.
