totally insane // insane abs

I have been rotating my Jillian's Killer Abs workout with Crunch Pilates and Jillian Body Revolution for about four months now. I am desperately need a new workout to challenge and inspire me. I notice that with an old workout I have been having a lot of rests day just because I got bored easily.
Then yesterday I decided to try insane abs workout from Insanity Program by Shaun T. This is definitely one of the toughest abs workout I have ever tried. My abs and legs totally feel the pain.

I might tired other workout from this program and see weather I can loose inches at my waist and thighs.
Totally an inspiration!

iphone // it’s more than just a phone

I have been an iphone user for about two years now. I bought my first iphone 4 just because I wanted to jump into instagram and I was so curious to see why people go crazy with iphone.

My first impression of the iphone wasn’t so great just because I was so accustom to Android and the seamless integration with all things google.  After I got over the initial shocked of having to sync my data to itunes , I started to warm up to it. After awhile, I am totally hook with the phone. There’s no turning back. This is not just a phone to me but it has become an important part of my life. The iphone has become my lifestyle.

1. It’s my go to camera

Ever since I got my iphone, I’ve been using the camera phone more and more compare to my dslr. With iphone 5, I totally forgot that I have a compact camera in my bag. The image is just so beautiful. With the right apps it can be a masterpiece

Untitled

Hipstamatic is my favorite apps so far and beautifulmess is a fun app to add flavor to your photo.

2. It’s my digital album

People don’t print their photos anymore. One of the ways that you can enjoy your photo is by using your iphone as your photo album. It’s just beautiful to see and touch your digital photo with a retina display

3. It’s my music player

I don’t buy CDs any more. All my music are in digital format and sit on my iphone and my computer. Even though the sound isn’t as great as a sony player but it’s great enough for me to enjoy those beautiful songs.

Untitled

Having an app like this (AirCassette) makes playing music a little bit fun

4. It’s my reminder and to do list

It’s just handy to have your reminder with you all the time. It seems impossible to forget things.

5. It’s my alarm clock

I don’t have an alarm clock anymore. My iphone is totally has become my alarm

6. It’s my ebook

Having a book with my everywhere I go is an amazing feeling. I used to carry a heavy book everywhere I go. Not anymore. Everything is at my finger tips.

Untitled

7. It’s my movie player

Having an app like Azul media Player, I can watch my downloaded movies and TV series right on my iphone

8. It’s my social connector. I use my phone for all my social networking – facebook, twitter, flickr, instagram, pintrest, etsy, google + and many more

9. It’s my scanner

I hardly use my scanner anymore. Having an app like TinyScan and JotNot Pro Scanner totally changed the way I captured my digital documents

10. It’s my digital notebook

Finally no more jotting things down on paper notebook. Most of the little things I just type in my phone. Using app like Awesome notes and Evernote really makes taking notes so much fun and handy.

  • He is still afraid to stand unsupported
  • He has more teeth on his upper gum compare to his lower gum
  • He loves to clap hands
  • He loves music. He totally stops crying when I play some music
  • Changing him is still a challenge
  • He is in dropping object phase. Now is not a good time to let him hold my iphone unsupervise

Flickr, to stay or to leave

I was totally shocked last week when Flickr decided to change the user experience and it’s whole package! Wow! At first I was shocked and than I was angry and disappointed. I don’t think the change is necessary. I’ve been a Pro user since 2007 and I was happy with the service.

image

And now I am not so sure. At the moment I just can’t find anything I like about the new look. I try not to be negative and resisted to change but the total revamp is really hard for a long time Flickr users like me. I think the new flickr users will like and enjoy the new look just because it looks a lot like Pinterest and Instagram.

I am using my Flickr account for my photo storage and at $24.95 a year it is still a good price.

image

At the moment I just can’t find any other online photo storage that I like better than Flickr. After a lot of thought, I decided to continue my Flickr Pro account for another year just because I still can’t find a better online storage that is cheap and reliable. And I am also a loyal person, so giving a person or services that I have love for so long, a chance is something that I have to do.

I’ve heard that Flickr Pro is no longer being offered. How does that affect me?

As of May 20, 2013, we are no longer offering Flickr Pro subscriptions to the majority of our members. Some things to be aware of (with more details below):

  • Recurring Pro members currently have the ability to continue renewing at the same price.
  • Eligible Pro members can get a prorated refund for a limited time.
  • Eligible non-recurring Pro members can purchase a recurring Pro subscription.
  • The “Gift of Pro” will no longer be available for purchase.
  • Pro users will no longer appear with a “Pro” badge beside their name or buddy icon

Your Pro pricing remains the same and your benefits have improved:

  • Those who remain Pro will retain all their original benefits.
  • The photo and video size limits will be upgraded to those offered with our new free account.
  • If you are on a recurring Pro subscription, your payments will remain as is. To see what your current subscription costs, see the previous payment on in your order history.
  • Pro members will never be automatically transitioned to an Ad Free or Doublr subscription.

If you’d like to switch to a free account:

  • Eligible Pro members who switch to a free account by August 20, 2013 can receive aprorated refund on their purchase and will lose their Pro benefits immediately.
  • Pro members who cancel Pro after August 20, 2013 will retain Pro benefits until their subscription expiration date.

If you’d like to keep your Pro membership:

  • Anyone who was Pro at 12:00 am (midnight) GMT on May 20, 2013, may be eligible to sign up for recurring Pro in order to extend their Pro membership beyond its expiration date.
  • This applies to:
    • those whose one-time or gift Pro memberships expired after 12:00 am GMT.
    • those who are on a gifted Pro account.
    • those who have purchased one-off Pro and are set to expire in the future.
  • To keep your Pro status by signing up for a recurring Pro subscription, visit the account order page.
  • If you cancel your recurring subscription or opt for the prorated refund, you will no longer have the option to sign up for a recurring subscription.
  • If your recurring subscription expires after May 20, 2013, due to a failed payment, please contact the billing team.

Beautifulmess // App review

When it comes to camera apps or photo editing apps I am such a fan. Over the years I've collected a lot of camera and photo editing apps from the Apple store.
So when Elsie announced that they are releasing a photo editing apps for iphone, ipad and ipod touch, I was so excited. I know that anything they came up with is going to be one of a kind and fun.
I got mine the day it was release without hesitation.

My thoughts on this app
• I really like the icon. It's super cute and pink!
• the app comes with a few build in filters
• the unique thing about this app is, it has doodle function, draw by Elsie and Emma
• after you have finished editing your photo, you can share it via Instagram, facebook, twitter or email
• I really like the doodles especially all the cute arrows
• the app is addictive. I just can't stop playing with it

#ABeautifulMess #Tuesday #morning #happy

What I like to see in the next update?
•  the ability to take photo right from the app
•  add my own fonts like Phonto
•  more free filters
•  more fun free background
•  more free doodles

Have you played with Beautifulmess app
Do you like them?
Do you see yourself using it over and over again?

10 things you would tell your sixteen year old self

Last week I discovered  30 things my kids should know about me project hosted by BabyMakingMachine.com. I decided to do this project this month. I might not do it everyday but I am sure going to do them. And I might not follow the prompt by date.
10things-tellmy16self
Wow! Hemm I am not really sure I remember the details of my life when I was sixteen years old. One thing for sure I was in love during that time and everything seems so happy and cute.
If I could go back in time, these are a few things I would tell my sixteen year old self
#1. Don’t rush to get married. Take your time and explore the world first
#2. Choose my major wisely and stick to it
#3. In three more years, you are going to study in the America. Enjoy every moment you were there because when you get back it’s not cheap to go back to America
#4. You are going to love becoming a mother
#5. Have more faith in your talent and creativity
#6. Don’t eat too much chocolates when you are in America. I know it’s cheap but getting rid of the extra fat is not easy
#7. I know that you are active in sports during your high school years. Keep on moving and running. Don’t you stop.
#8. Stop drinking carbonated drinks
#9. Food is not your best friend. Quran is. So turn to Quran when you are sad.
#10. Don’t be afraid or shy to make friends. Have lots of them and keep in touch
