Thursday Instagram

I spend most of the morning, taking old photos. I just can’t believe that my kids all grown up now. Those were the time when life was all about my kids, work was easy, family wasn’t split up and my only worry was what’s for dinner.

I plan to start making an album for Hanif. I usually made a special album for all my kids for their first 12 months. I  am just not sure it I want to make it a scrapbook style or an art journal style. Have to look around the internet for some ideas and inspiration.

Different Point of View

It has been a really long time since I grab my DSLR and taking photos just for fun. I am feeling a little bit better today so I decided to take a photo of my new baby from different point of view. For the last few weeks I have only taken photos of him  using my  iphone with about the same angel or point of view. I hope today I did something different.

At this age I am really trying to caputre the details of his all things related to him cause in the next 12 months he will not be a baby anymore!

Day # 151 // 366 and something random

It has been a long time since I took a self portait. I still think I carry some baby weight especially on my tummy and my face. I think lack of beauty sleep makes me look tired and chubby.


I am so looking forward to start working on loosing extra weight. I do not want to change my clothes. I still have a few dresses which I didn't get a chance to ware because I got pregnant.


Some random things today:
# it was raining since this morning
# Hanif sleep nicely in his swing, in the living room with his siblings while they are watching TV
# third day without my mom beside me
# i am still struggling with developing content for my blog for the next few months
# only one more week to go before my next checkup


# i am a little bit worry about what kind of outfit I can wear outside. I am still looking for a baby friendly clothes that is stylish and fit my personality

All my children

It’s a school holiday right here in Malaysia. I am so happy I have my kids with me during my last few days of confinement. They really help me a lot around the house and with taking care of Hanif. My little one is really a people person. He doesn’t like to be left alone. As long as there’s a TV playing in a background and there’s people around him, he would be happy.

I bought stack paper yesterday at scrapbookgraphics store. It’s a Love Blooming Stacked Papers by Studio Manu. This is also one of the fastest way to make a layout.

I managed to squeezed in a few minutes to make these two layouts. It is super fun and easy!

Day # 150 // 366

These are my two favorite things right now—eating Cadbury Dairy  Milk Chocolate and playing with Hanif. He was a bit cranky this evening, I don’t really know why. After I changed him and nurse him, I put him down on his swing. I was so tired after an interrupted nap and a constant nursing that I just want to  take a break and let his sister take care of him. It’s a miracle he falls asleep almost immediately. He has been sleeping since than.

I got Pixlromatic this apps for free during Mother's Day promotion. I love all the fliters and border that comes with plus version. I also love that this app is universal, you can use it for iphone and ipad. Sometimes I just love to edited using my ipad because it's bigger.

Day #148 and Day #149 // 366

Wow! What a day? Today is the first day I have to be independent. My mother already went back home. So no more help around the house. Luckily this week is a school holiday, so I am not alone in the house. I have my kids to help out around the house and also helping me entertain my little one.

Hanif is more alert. It’s very hard for him to fall asleep. He always wants constant touching, nursing and rocking.

Since I have limited computer time, I just have to squeeze in what I can. Hence the update of day #148 and #149.

Hanif // 1 month

I am still adjusting to having a baby in the house. It has been a long time since I had a baby. The experience was definitely joyful and exhausting at the same time. Having to sleep less and taking care of a newborn were definitely challenging at my age.

So far Hanif has been a bless. He is so cute and adorable that I want to hold him, hug him and kiss him all the time.

He gained a little bit of weight since birth. The doctor said he is in healthy range and besides breastfeed baby is unique. He nurse frequently which makes me hungry almost all the time. Thank you  Herbalife for satisfying my hunger. But I still think I eat a lot to replace all the calories I lost. I have been craving for chocolates since the last few days. Somehow chocolates satisfiedme emotionally and physically.

I have 14 more days before my postpartum check up. This means I am still in confinement mode.

A little bit busy today. My little is having trouble settle in.





I just can't believe it day 145 so far almost half a year. So far 2012 is the best year ever. I am hoping and praying that my dream will come true this year. It's too close for me to give up now.
