Day # 31 // 366

This is something I would love to try next month... I mean tomorrow.. It's February already.. That means I have approx 3 more months to go. I really hope I can survive it.

Day #30 // 366

After a long and hectic day I would love to curl up in bed and get lost in a good book. I really need an escape from this reality. Work is so demanding and sometimes it suck the life out of you.

Scavenger Hunt Sunday // January 29th

It's time for Scavenger Hunt Sunday, hosted by Ashley. This week hunt is Smile, Stand Alone, Something Old, Artificial and Repeating Patterns.

Since I am a little bit free this Sunday evening, I walk around my house to capture the photo challenge for today. I was something simple and it capture my everydayness except the Artificial photo which I snapped during my brother’s wedding last year.

Day # 29 // 366

I didn't go anywhere today. Just spend it at home in front of my lappy and make a few layouts. Love my weekend. Looking forward to Wednesday.. another public holiday.

 

Everybody needs Someone to Love

I gave in to all the beautiful kits I found this morning. I choose Someone to love by River Rose designs. Somehow the blue and red combo looks really good.

So I spend my Sunday making two layouts from Someone to Love Kit.

January is almost over and love is already in the air

Since February is approaching, most of digital scrapbook stores are already selling Valentine kits. Celebrating love in February is theme now. (hemm I’m not sure why we only celebrate love in February…. love should be celebrate every month). Anyway here are a few of my favourite so far. I am sure when February comes, there will be more kits.

Day # 28 // 366

Today mark week 26. That means I am in my third week of month 6. So far I am feeling a little bit discomfort. My belly is getting bigger and the baby movement is strong and active.

Right now I am having a mild flu and headache....

Scrapper Love // snaggledtooth

I am still on a break. Taking the day off really good for my soul. I feel happy, relax and excited about life.

I am loving my Wednesday morning. Taking a break from work really great for me. No rushing out the door in the morning. Suddenly everything looks beautiful and calm.

5 things // Avent Isis breastpump

When it comes to giving the best for your kids, nothing can beat mother's milk. I do remember way back in 2000, (I was naive about breastfeeding), I was getting ready to go to work but I couldn't find any infant milk as a substitude. My instinct was nothing was better than breastmilk. So I decided to do a research on how to make breastfeeding work when I have to go back to work.

So my hunt for a perfect tool begun. I was looking for a breastpump to help with pumping the milk when my baby was not around. My first thought was every pump was created equal. Boy, was I wrong! I think I've spend like thousands of ringgit just to find the perfect pump. At the end I discovered Avent Breastpump. It was exactly what I was looking for.


5 things why I think avent breastpump is still the best
# 1) It is light and quiet, so no one will know what you are doing
# 2) I can get milk let down easily, cause it's gentel and soft
# 3) It's portable. I can use it almost anywhere
# 4) The parts are easily disassamble and clean
# 5) I love the avent bottles. I usually will keep a stock of them for my baby needs.



I saw that Avent breastpump also has an electric version. I will definitely try it if it's quiet and can pump two times faster than the manual pump.
