two years ago today...

It's amazing how life can change a lot in two years. Two years ago today I was..
 

* in a world so much different than my own 

* there's no electricity, no communication to the outside world

* the main transportation mode is by river

* the air was so fresh 

* experiencing things I've never experience before

* I meet suku kaum Murut for the first time

* at Daerah Pagalungan, Sabah. This place is about 45 minutes from Indonesia

What do I think // In Time

What do I think?

* what will happen when time become your currency? that is a bit scary when you know you have such limited time left to live.

* I think Justin Timberlake acting has improve a lot in this movie 

* somehow this movie feels a little bit like Gattaca (1997) 

* I don't think I want to live in that world. Sure being 25 forever is very tempting but I sure don't want to look the same as my daughter. There's something about getting older and aging. You just can't put a price tag on it.

* overall I had fun watching the movie even though I just don't get the whole drama... in the end Timberlake and Seyfried becomes like a Robin Hood.. stealing time to give to the poor.. hemmmm I guess something don't change

I had such a hectic week! With all that has been happening in my life, I still found that this week move a little bit slower than usual. I love spending time at my parents house. Being a daughter is so much fun! It makes me hate having to leave them and go back to work at Putrajaya which is 2 and half hours away. Lately driving has become a  big deal to me. My focus is not up to speed and my energy is nowhere to be found. Work isn’t a picnic either. I am happy that I can finally eat again. My body temperature is rising which makes living in a hot country like mine is not easy.

I am moving on to the next kit in my stash called Kisses by Kristin Aagard. This kit is available at After5Designs. The first thing that captured my eyes was the color. I feel vibrant and alive!

Friday Random

Just a little update on what I've been up to
 --- my pregnancy is progressing beautifully. I am starting to feel better each day
 --- I felt the baby moved, such an amazing feeling 
--- so far I don't have any weird craving 
--- starting to watch Ringer starring Sarah Michelle Geller, not bad but I still miss her as Buffy
--- fatigue is still my number one challenge. It is really hard for me to do things slowly but with my condition I have to
--- driving for a longer period of time is not a picnic. It's very hard to stay focus
--- still haven't start any workout schedule yet.. (I really need to squeeze one in soon)
--- somehow these last few weeks seems to move a little bit slower for me
--- I love Friday and can't wait for the next 8 hours to be over. 

Scrapper Love // Ferdy

I just came back from a mini vacation at my parents’ house. With my condition driving for more than an hour is a challenge. I was so tired from the long drive that I immediately take a nap after my zohor prayer.

# it's a boxing movie and it has soul and solid characters
# it feels like a Rocky movie
# I would love to have a truck like Charlie. Somehow it looks cool
# and would love to have a robot like Atom for company...
# the movie doesn't bring anything new to the table but the presentation is still fun and entertaining for the whole family.
# having Hugh Jackman as a hero is definility a plus... Oooo I really miss wolverine
# watch it if you like Rocky, Over the Top or any boxing related movies.

What to wear when you are expecting? // 12 weeks

Welcome to a new segment in my blog. This segment is specially dedicate to celebrate the joy of pregnancy  and looking good at the same time. I’ll be doing this little project on a weekly basis (I hope). It’s all about feeling good when you are expecting. I don’t usually  like to take photos of my pregnancy but this time I’ll make an exception. I just want this time around to be a beautiful and wonderful experience.

Blog Love revisit

A year ago, I took Blog Love e-course. This was the first e-course I took ever. The price is a bit expensive when converted into Ringgit Malaysia but I decided to buy it anyway just because I only have to pay it one time and I can have access to them anytime I want. Anyway, it was the best gift ever that I have given myself. I still go back to the course every time I feel unmotivated. 

I feel so inspired, every time I read the course. Elsie also add 10 Tips for Time Management and some other fun details. I really like being around creative people cause they really know how to make every day life seems fun and beautiful. Elsie is also the reason I keep on blogging all these years. I just wish I could take a peek at her life for a day or spend one day with her.
