Kit showcase: Tuck and Roll

I am happy that right now I am sitting in my old room at my parents’ house. It was calm and peaceful. So today I would like to showcase Christina’s new kit called Tuck and Roll. This kit is suitable for all your gymnastic related photos.

“This kit is designed for everyone on all levels from the basic tumbling class to the fantastic gymnast. Even better, this one is all about the BOYS!” excerpt from product description.

This kit is versatile enough to be use with unrelated gymnastic photos. This is my layout using the above kit.

Next most of Malaysia will have a long break because of the public holiday on Tuesday (Federal Territory day) and Chinese new year on Thursday and Friday. Most of the schools in my area take one week mini break.

Love, Life and Everything Beautiful in between!

It's a Saturday morning and everything seems so calm. It was very hard for me to woke up early today because I was so tired and love my sleeping time too much. I forced myself to get up and pray. It really took a lot of self control not to get back to sleep again after Suboh. So I sat infront of my computer and browse tumblr. Wow! So many beautiful photos and inspiring quotes I found. Amazing! Tumblr is like a different world. Here are a few eye candies I would love to share.

Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass…It’s about learning to dance in the rain.”~ Unknown

And now I’m widely awake, I just have to force myself to exercise this morning. Uhuhuh Can I do it? I am thinking of doing Jari Love Get Ripped or Billy Blank Dance With Me.

Living with less: making transform into a verb

Reading Ali’s blog makes me think of my life at the moment. Living with less is a very interesting concept to me. I’ve been meaning to make my life as simple and stress free as possible since 2010 but somehow I just can’t find a way to do it without compromising myself.
I’ve chosen Transform as my word for this year and I really need to have a project plan to transform my lifestyle, my attitude, my skills and my body into something that I’ve been dreaming of for years.
No more dreaming. It’s time to take action.
Transform Checklist
#1 Living with less – I think the first thing I need to do is get ride of all the clothes (mine and my kids) that no longer fit or no longer want and give it to charity. Buy only an average of one clothe per month. Find a new way to spice up my old out fit to make it current. Hemm I’m not really sure how to do that but I’m sure going to try.
#2 Exercise daily at the same time – I found out that by making an appointment with myself to do exercise at the same time daily (around 9:00 – 10:00 pm ), I can be consistent with it. It is a good way for me to make exercise a habit, a must have, not just something I do when I have a spare time.
#3 Have a daily to do list – I learned that when I have a to do list, I can accomplish more things compare to the day when I don’t have any to do list. I am a person who need to see things visually and response to structure and list beautifully.
#4 Photo therapy – I’ve learned this concept from fliffy blog. I really like the idea of taking photos of your daily life. A few years from now you will look back and you can see how your life evolve and how the world change. I need to allocate at least once a week to just capture my daily routine.
#5 Recite Al Quran daily – the key is at the same time. This is very important for my soul.
#6 Read a book daily for fun - Spend at least 10 minutes at the end of the day just to read for pleasure.

30 day photo challenge: #Day13 27.01.2011

#Day 13 - A picture of your favorite band or artist

Journaling: “She is one of my favorite singer in this century. She is not only young and beautiful but she is amazingly talented. I love her songs and beautiful lyrics. I’m not too excited about her acting but I think she can go far if she really put her heart into it.”
