Ever since I bought a fitness tracker, I have been more aware of my activities on a daily basis. The goal is to achieve at least 10,000 steps per day. It is not an easy thing to do when you have a desk job. You have to consciously stand up and move when you have been sitting for too long. Walking and taking the stairs are one of the ways I do at work to at least hit 70% of my goal by noon. At the moment I am using pedometer app on my apple watch ⌚️ to monitor my progress.
