One of the reason why I hate working outside the office and had to travel to another city is my whole daily routine got disrupted and it's not easy to get back the groove. I have so many things on my lists and somehow I failed to get back on track. I only did my daily workout and today's schedule is Cardio Chisel and 15 min. Glutes workout. Chisel is definitely focus more on strength training and less on cardio which in a way love but it really push my body to the limit. After that brutal workout I had to go to Al Ihsan and look for a new workout clothes. My pants are a little bit loose and it's definitely not comfortable to jump and run in them.
