So this is life // Project Life App Inspiration

The beauty about June is we have a few days in the month of Syaaban before Ramadan comes on the 6th June. I am a bit busy this month, with Ramadan here you are doing things that you don't do on any other month like Terawikh. It's the time to relax a bit, put first thing first, make a habit of remembering Allah and be good to other.

I only took a few photos this month and scrap every chance I get. I am still happy with what I accomplished so far this month.

HERE ARE MY SCRAPBOOK LAYOUTS FOR THIS MONTH SO FAR

Day 12

Prompt #11: Collection

Prompt #11: Collection

Happy Thursday everyone. It's already the 11th day of Ramadan. I am loving this month so far. Today's prompt is all about collection. I have too many of these, planners and notebooks. I love collecting them. I wish I have a room dedicated for crafting where I can decorate the will stationaries, planners and notebooks.

How to add custom text to iPlanner

Hello lovelies and planner addicts out there. I have been using digital planner a.k.a iPlanner since last year on and off. I kept going back to paper planner because the stylus that I was using doesn't satisfied me like a regular pen. That's all changed after I upgrade to iPad Pro 9.7" and use Apple Pencil as my writing tool. Now I have the same satisfaction writing on iPlanner like a paper planner.

Things that I used

In today tutorial, I am going to show you how to add a custom text to your planner. Goodnotes comes with limited fonts for text and you cannot add your own font.

1. Open Safari and go to dafont.com. Search for the font that you want to use. You can test out your text by typing the text in Custom Preview box. If you like what you see you can downlond the font from Safari.

2. You will be prompt with two option, choose Open in "Phonto"

3. Phonto app will launched and asked you to install the new font. Click Install.

4. To use the new font you must open an image first. For this purpose click the camera icon and choose a blank image. The press on the image, an add test bubble will appear. Choose add text.

5. To see the new font that you have installed, go to MyFonts. Look for your font, in this case it's La Cithare font. Choose the font.

6. Begin typing the words that you want and click done.

7. You can resize the font to any size that you like. When you are done, press the bottom right icon and choose save image.

8. You image will be saved in your camera roll.

9. Open your iPlanner in Goodnotes and navigate to the page that you want to add the text. Then on the top left conner hit the circle with the plus sign in the middle icon to add image. Go to photo and choose your to do list image you just created.

10.  Press and hold on the image and you will see the Crop option. Hit Crop to make it like a sticker. Press the Done button when you are done.

11. Resize the image to your liking. Now you can begin writing your to do lists for the day.
This image can be reuse over and over again through out your planner.

Hope you enjoy this little tutorial on how to jazz up your digital planner. With digital the possibilities are endless and there's no physical mess to deal with after decorating.

Prompt #10: To do lists

Prompt #10: To do lists

I love Wednesday. The middle day of work week. It's no longer Monday and Friday is just around the corner. I am digging my digital planner. This week I am making my to do list in my planner. Writing with the Apple Pencil is so much better compare to other stylus. I am in love.

WWDC 2016: My reactions!!

As a developer, as a technology enthusiast I am super excited with WWDC 2016. I wish I can be there and experience the event live.

What I am excited about?!!

  • iOS 10 of course. I think this is the major changes of iOs. The main actor is definitely iMessage. I love iMessage. I wish I could send iMessage to anybody including android users. I am not sure if you can do that with this new upgrade. People in my circle are using Whatsapp which I don't really like. I had to use it for work purposes. I love all about the new iMessage - the scribble - invisible ink - emoticon got bigger - full screen animation -emotion bubble thingy any many more
  • Finally they redesign notification. I finally can see my wallpaper now with notification. Oooo I love the new wallpaper, so pretty.
  • I am not that excite about the map because I like Waze better. You can never get lost with Waze. I had such a bad experience using Apple Map. I am not sure I trust this app yet
  • Next one that I am excited about Apple Music. Am I the only one that love Apple Music? This is the most easiest music streaming and the prettiest. I found basically all the music that I am looking for including the Quran. I can't wait for the new one.
  • Apple Pay, I am excited about that but too bad Malaysia still has not adopt that technology. I think it's about time we push for Apple Pay here. No more cash.
  • Watch OS 3 is the one that I have been waiting for. I cannot wait. Apple load faster, there's a scribble mode that I can finally use, fitnesss app got social - and they add some new faces
  • And finally macOS Sierra ! I am excited that now I can unlock my mac with my apple watch. I wish we could do that with all my application at work. Life will be so much simpler and faster. Picture in picture is finally on macOs, I can finally watch Youtube while doing other stuffs. And Siri is finally available on macOS, I love Siri but sometimes I forgot she was there to server me. I might want to make it a habit to talk to my devices. It feels like living in Star Trek mode. heheheh...
In conclusion, I will definitely upgrade all of my devices when the new softwares are available to the public sometime in Fall. Hemmm I am not really sure when is Fall? Is it August? September? October?

Anyway what do you think about the new updates? Do you excited about it? Or you just don't care? Leave a comment below and let me know what you think?

Prompt #8: Must haves for Ramadan

Prompt #8 : Must haves for Ramadan

My must haves for Ramadan is always Maryami Dates. This is one of my favorites dates and if possible I will keep this in stock all the time. Dates is just an amazing food. With only two or three slice can boost your energy and keep you going for the day especially during Ramadan.

Prompt #7: Lucky

Prompt #7 : Lucky

Today I feel lucky because I live in a country where I can get clean water easily. We are bless with the technology that can process water into drinking water. Ever since I started my fitness journey in January, I realised that water is one of an essential elements in getting rid of extra water in your body. Imagine that in order to get rid of extra water in your body you have to drink more water. Amazing!
