#thursday3 [18.08.2016]

It's Thursday and it's time to play #thursday3 challenge. I decided that my photo this week will be a polaroid style. It has been a long time since the last time I used polaroid on my phone and I really missed it.

HERE ARE MY PHOTO AND FACTS FOR THE WEEK 




1. I think I have reached a plateau. Nothing I do seems to have effect on my weight loss. Hemm should I continue with Insanity Max 30 or should I do Jari Love Get Ripped workout?

2. I need to find something new to try and be obsess about. Yesterday I decided to read 'Aku Bercerita' novel by Ramlee Awang Murshid. I borrowed this book from my colleague. It's definitely outside of my comfort zone. I don't know what to expect


3. The next project on my list is to make a journal about my current activities related to fitness like running, workout, climb the stairs and all things related to fitness
