Sold Out ?!!!! Seriously?

The pre order of iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus is open today at Maxis online store.  By 6:30 am iPhone 6s Gold / Rose Gold (64Gb, 128Gb ) and iPhone 6s Plus Gold / Rose Gold (64Gb, 128Gb ) are sold out! Hem how many phones does maxis get for October 16 release? It's ridiculous! I felt like they only have less than a hundred unit. Only the people that stayed up all night and really really want the phone got it.

The price of the phone is not cheap. The lowest price is around RM3199 with 16GB. With GST and the currency crisis the price is doubled. Only super rich people can really afford the phone now. And I think I think Apple should stop producing 16GB phone. The minimum entry should be 32GB.

The contract price from Maxis seems reasonable enough but I still think they can give cheaper price because we do pay a lot of money for the iValue package monthly. I bet they already made billions with that alone. Come on Maxis helps us out here.

At the moment I just can't justify paying that much money on a phone which is going to be obsolete in a year. I hope and pray that our economy will be strong by end of the year and next year the price will go down. And they stop GST next year.

( I have never wanted an election so badly ! It's time for a change and it's time we thrive as a nation. People are dying out here and "SOMEBODY" didn't listen. We really need a charismatic leader who can improve the lifestyle of the people, not destroy it by imposing GST which cause the price to go up and up )

I wonder  why Apple Malaysia didn't have the system like in Apple US. All the telco service provider all in the same place and we just choose which one we want right on Apple store page. So there will not be any out of stock  message.

Anyway what do you think about the new iPhone? Will get it now or wait for the next one?

5 reasons why you should try Mobile Memory Keeping

I have been using Project Life App since 2014. I just realised that this year I have been using my phone even more for making a scrapbook layouts. I never thought that one day my scrapbooking style will change and there's an app to help you make a beautiful layouts and journal your story in a palm of your hand.

I can honestly say that this year I am obsessed with mobile scrapbooking. If you have not try mobile scrapbooking before, I think or I believe you should give it a try. What you got to loose? You have all your photos in your palm already.

Things that you need

1. Your phone
2. Photos
3. Apps
4. Internet connection (optional)

What I used?

1. iPhone 6 plus or iPad Air
2. Dropbox - most of my photos and kits are saved in dropbox. This app is accessible from multiple devices so you have access to your images and scrapbook layout from anywhere
3. Project Life app - I mostly did my scrapbook layouts here using the templates and the kits from the app
4. Phonto - I used it for adding extra elements, photos and journaling. I like that this app allow me to add my own fonts
5. Pic Tap Go - for photo editing. I mostly did my photo editing on my phone
6. Rhonna designs - I just started using this app and I still have a lot to learn. But from what I have discovered, it gives my scrapbook layout more personality

1. Tools that you need is basically there

It's 2015 and almost all of us have a smartphone. A piece of technology that you used not only for talking but for taking photos, record video, jot down ideas, dairy, calendar, planner and many more

2. Scrapbooking on the go

Before I used to read books where ever I go and when ever I have the chance. Now I scrapbook. While waiting in line, in a car, while eating, watching favourite show on repeat, while eating and even before bed.

3. Writing down your memory has never been this easy

Now you can write/type you memory immediately as it happened. No more waiting to get home and in front of your computer to do that. Oh boy! Sometimes I feel old when I still crave or need to use a computer. Some how computer feel so ancient.

4. Search engine in your palm

When ever you want to look something up or search for images you can just google them. And when you find the images that you need for your scrapbook you just save them to your camera roll.

5. Screen capture anything

You can basically capture anything on the screen of your phone and it will be available in your camera roll. Things that you can screen capture and put in your scrapbook are your text messages, Facebook status, tweets, FaceTime session with your love one, favourite website/blog, favourite app , your playlists and many more. The option are limitless.

Here are a few of mobile scrapbook layout that I created today to get you excited about this new trend.

The one problem that I have now is I am running out of photos to scrapbook. This has never happened to me before. What a nice problem to have.

Digital Project Life [Week 40] and more

Hello everyone! How's your week so far. I am slowly moving into Week 41 even though the air pollution index is still at a dangerous level. I long for a clean and cool air to breath early in the morning.

I just update my Project Life app and I bought three new kits from the in App store - Be Fearless, Maggie Holmes Flea Market Mini Kit and Dear Lizzy Lucky Charm Value Kit. So for Week 40 layouts I used Be Fearless Kit, I just love the black and gold color theme in the kit. To spice things up a little bit I used PicFrame app to make a photo collage.

I hope this will inspired and gives you ideas on how to use Project Life app. I wish I could do more with the app like adding elements and put photos on top of each other instead of using a third party app but then I think the app will be much more expensive.

*** Note -- I am still having problem with adding the scrapbook journal card from dropbox and I still can't launched the dropbox app from within Project Life after the upgrade. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

Project 365 [ Week 40]

Wow! It's October already and we are almost there. End of the year is just around the conner. So far I have managed to keep up with this project. Taking photos daily and document about it. I also made a Project Life layouts with these photos.

Week forty was a little bit hard on me just because the 'Haze" were getting worst and I was sick most of the time. The air was not healthy to breath. I am a little bit disappointed with the whole situation.

DAY 271- I was sick since yesterday, so today I went to the clinic to get check out and apparently my bronchitics is back. I got a sick leave for today and tomorrow.

Day 271

DAY 272- Staying at home is the best thing ever. I just don't want to deal with the bad air pollution and a horrible traffic. I took the to do some reading and play with my midori.

Day 272

DAY 273- The third day I have a workshop at Puspanita Puri - " Kalau Aku Kaya" (ways to get rich ) . It was an informative session.
Day 273

DAY 274- Hello October. I went to work today. Life feels a little bit okay but not great. I desperately want to stay home more often. Work feels like work lately.

Day 274

DAY 275- The Original Four - Me, Baiyah, Sharifah and Masitah. We no longer work at the same place anymore but today we have a chance meet and have lunch together. So many things has happened and it changes us a little bit.

Day 275

DAY 276- Saturday! Yeah!! We went to IOI City Mall and guess what? Typo is already open it's shop there. So excited about it. This is definitely not good for my addiction.

Day 276

DAY 277- Sunday it's time to stay at home, relax and watch Netflix. The weather is so bad , Air Pollution Index reach 276 for Putrajaya which is not healthy . That means it's dangerous.
Oh by the way school is closed for two days due to the hazard air pollution.

Day 277

These are my life in photos for week fourty for 2015  . So many things happened and if I don't take the time to document them I might miss a lot. I still believe when you took the time to document the every day and the good things that happened in your life, you will be more grateful. Just saying.

Do you join Project 365 this year?
If you do linked up in the comment, I would love to
see your work and a glimpse of your life in 2015

The Kind Worth Killing // the review

What this book is about?

"On a night flight from London to Boston, Ted Severson meets the stunning and mysterious Lily Kintner. Sharing one too many martinis, the strangers begin to play a game of truth, revealing very intimate details about themselves. Ted talks about his marriage that’s going stale and his wife Miranda, who he’s sure is cheating on him. Ted and his wife were a mismatch from the start—he the rich businessman, she the artistic free spirit—a contrast that once inflamed their passion, but has now become a cliché.
But their game turns a little darker when Ted jokes that he could kill Miranda for what she’s done. Lily, without missing a beat, says calmly, “I’d like to help.” After all, some people are the kind worth killing, like a lying, stinking, cheating spouse. . . .
Back in Boston, Ted and Lily’s twisted bond grows stronger as they begin to plot Miranda's demise. But there are a few things about Lily’s past that she hasn’t shared with Ted, namely her experience in the art and craft of murder, a journey that began in her very precocious youth.
Suddenly these co-conspirators are embroiled in a chilling game of cat-and-mouse, one they both cannot survive . . . with a shrewd and very determined detective on their tail." excerpt from

What do I think?

- this book was told from different characters, so you have a broad sense of what's going on in every main character. I like that.
- this is my first book by Peter Swanson and I love his writing style. I will definitely check out his other book
- this book is a great mystery that kept me guessing through out the book
- great plot, love the narrative style and incredible characters development
- Lily is definitely one sick girl, I would love to hate her but I don't. I understand her.
- In a way this is definitely about revenge
- if you love the Girl on a Train than you are going to love this book

I highly recommend this book. It's so so so good!
