#thursday3 [28.08.2014]

I am not ok. Admitting that is something that I don't want to do. People around me told me to be strong, to accept the lost and move on. How can I? The one person that was always on my side is gone now. Life is not the same anymore and I don't know how to live my life without her.

#1. I am still reading and listening to the Cuckoo's Calling. I love the book so far.
#2. I take an Art Journal online class at Jessica Sprague dot com. I am excited to learn new things. I think learning should be fun.
#3. I am getting excited with 30 days of lists project which is going live next month.

Think about it this way…If you take one picture and write down three facts each week — at the end of the year you’ll have more than 50 photos of yourself and 150 facts about what life has been like. It would make such an epic All About Me book — and most of the work is already done."

Follow along each week using the hashtag #thursday3 dan tagged me @hanizeyecandy. I want to see your selfie and read about you

30 days blog hop // Books I like to read this year

I am super duper excited to be doing September 2014 30 days of lists. So to get in the mood of listings, Amy and Kam invited us to participate in a blog hop by choosing a prompt from March 2011 lists and made the lists. I did participate way back in 2011 and it sure nice to see what my lists look like now and then.

I choose:

List #26: Books I like to read this year

  • The Cuckoo's Calling
  • the Silkworm
  • the 9th Girl
  • Gone Girl
  • Insurgent
  • Mr. Mercedes
  • Big Little Lies
  • Gone - James Patterson
And this is what my lists looked like in 2011.

I made the above list using my iPhone. The app used are Picframe for the layout and Phonto app for the text. And my photo is from my camera phone. I adjust the size of the frame to 4:3 so that I can print on 4x6 photo paper with Canon Selphy printer.

Blog hop #30lists

To see the other lists from listers, hop on the blog train and enjoy the ride:
- My Life as a teacup
- Life Behind the purple door
- Nightwolf's Den
- the Nerd Nest
- Nina is a papernerd
- and for more go here for a complete list

Love reading all the lists so far. I just didn't realised that there are so many listers out there. You can also join in the blog hop challenge by...

1. Going to the (free) March 2011 30 Days of Lists site
2. Choosing one of those list prompts
3. Create your own list — either on a post-it, digitally, art journal or however you like.
4. Post your list in a blog post
5. Link up your post so everyone can see it too!

30 Days of Lists is a semi-annual journaling challenge for Listers, from Kam of Campfire Chic and Amy of Lemon and Raspberry.
Not everyone can make a mini scrapbook every week or an art journal page every night. 30 Days of Lists is our encouragement and challenge to you that you CAN journal just something every day — even something as small as a list.

Project 365 [ Week thirty four]

This is such a painful week for me. It feels so hard to move on with my life when a part of me is missing.

day 230- This happened when I picked up these two at the end of Monday. My son is having way too much fun playing with his big sister.
day 230

day 231- Tuesday blues. I am not feeling so great today. Ayu took me out to lunch at fuel shack. It feels so good to be able to eat again.
day 231

day 232- Trying slowly to get back into my routine starting with reading the Cuckoo's Calling by Robert Galbraith.
day 232

day 233- Thursday and I am feeling much better. Plan to attend "Jamuan Hari Raya" at the office. I don't plan to eat much just because I am not a fan of most of the food served. Taste a little bit of everything.
day 233

day 234- Friday, it's a National Mourn day, in remembrance of the people killed in MH17 last July. The funerals were set for today and everybody seems to feel the lost, including me. It has been two weeks since my mom passed away.
day 234

day 235- I bring him with me to pick up his dad and when for a wedding afterwards. Such a joy and a handful.
day 235

day 236- My dad is here with me.

day 236
These are my life in photos for week thirty four.  So many things happened and if I don't take the time to document them I might miss a lot. I still believe when you took the time to document the every day and the good things that happened in your life, you will be more grateful. Just saying.

Do you join Project 365 this year?
If you do linked up in the comment, I would love to
see your work and a glimpse of your life in 2014
