Today I....

Today I ....

  • am in the middle of discussion outside the office

  • am still worry about what happened to the passenger of MH370. So many theories, so many speculation going around the internet

  • feel less safe when travelling by air

  • don't feel like going anywhere. Staying at home is still the best option

  • am wondering what my son is doing right this moment

  • still have the desire to own macbook pro

  • am thinking of buying instax printer. That is exactly what I have been looking for

  • plan to eat only three times a day and not eat in between meals

  • love my camera

  • can't stop thinking about my Project Life. I am so obsess with it

  • can't wait to go home and continue making my journal and scrapbook

  • am still praying for the safety of my friend Sofuan Ibrahim

  • am worry that my plan and goal is not working

#thursday3 [16.03.2014]

Today mark day six of the missing flight MH370. There are still no official news about the ware about of flight MH370. Life as usual moves on. I have a mix feeling this week. I just don't know how to feel, part of me feel sad and nervous about the whole situation and part of me is happy and grateful for the life I'm living.



#1. What a week?! Since last Saturday Malaysian was shocked with the disappearance of flight MH370 from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. To make the matter worst, one of the passenger was my friend. Until now there is still no news about the missing flight.
#2. Haze is here again. The weather is hot and there's still no rain. 
#3. I have been filling my journal and smash book with my thoughts, feelings and photos of all the things around me. I really like smashing and gluing things in my journal.

30 days of lists // List 10 - Lists 12

Even though I am still sad and worry about the missing flight MH370, I still have to live my life as normal as possible while at the same time praying for the safe return of my friend, Sofuan Ibrahim [one of the passenger on that flight].

Anyway I am enjoying the process of making my 30 days of lists project in my smash book. I just realised that I love glueing things and stick things in my journal. It is just so much fun.
 I am loving the lists so far even though some of them is a little bit tough and force me to dig deep.



List 10: If I rule the world .... 

List 10 

  • I will make pink the official colour
  • Health and fitness will be a mandatory subject in school
  • Free wifi everywhere including the rural area and highway
  • I have a personal jet to go anywhere in the world (+ a great pilot comes with it)
  • Every individual who wants to be a parent must have at least two months parenting course
  • There's no such thing as unhealthy food
  • Free medical

List 11: When I need to focus I.....

  • listen to music (high volume)
  • set my goals
  • drink my favourite hot milo
  • list down all my worries in my Evernote and not think about it at the moment
  • brainstorm with my team
  • take a deep breath and breathe
  • prioritise
  • go for a run

  • taking care of my health
  • drive to work
  • learn new photoshop technique/skill
  • make digital scrapbook  and document my life
  • take photos of every day
  • iron my clothes if I feel like it

Goal this week : Potion Control

Last week I ate more than I should have. I have this love and hate relationship with buffet lunch. I love the varieties of food server but I hate that I can't control what I ate. So for this week I intend to control my potion intake. Instead of stay away from so called forbidden food, I intend to control the potion of what I eat.

Here is my fitness plan for this week: [Week 04]
  1. So far I have been mixing the workout from P90X3, T25 Beta/Gamma and Jari Love Get Ripped. I totally love P90X3 Dynamics. It is only stretching and strength training but I totally sweating when doing this workout.
  2. I don't really follow the P90X3 schedule just because some of the workout used only pull up bar which I currently don't have. 
  3. I choose the P90X workout that I do with dumbbell or just body weight.
  4. Jari Love Get Ripped workout is still my favourite weight workout when I have one hour to spare.
  5. Since last Saturday I received bad news regarding my friend who was one of the passenger on fight #MH370, I really need to distract myself with a great workout.
  6. I love eating Oatmeal with milk for early breakfast around 6:30am after my morning workout. And I am going to continue doing so for this week.
  7. I am plan to control my potion of food intake - for rice not more than a quarter of a plate, for noodles not more than a half plate and so on. .
  8. Do double workout on Tuesday  and  Wednesday- T25 Core Speed (morning) and P90X Warrior (evening). My off day will be on Friday because I have to work outside the office on Friday and I don't think I have the time to do it in a hotel.
  9. Keep my tummy straight and tight as much as possible through out the day especially during Solah. 
  10. Recite Quran every morning for at least 15 minutes and control my breathing
  11. Set my vision board as my desktop wallpaper for inspiration

This is part of the process of changing my lifestyle gradually. I need to take stock of what's work and what's not working. This is also part of my one little word in action - documenting my process

Down Memory Lane [Sofuan] #MH370

I am still in shock and numb about the current situation and the lack of information regarding the missing flight MH370 since last Saturday. One of my friend was a passenger on that flight, Mohd Sofuan bin Ibrahim.

We used to work together in the same team when he was an IT Officer. I love working with him and really enjoy his company.  He was a blogger and I really enjoy reading his blog post.  And because of him, I started blogging too.


It really breaks my heart when I looked at his photos in my digital photos collections.

Project Life [Week 10]

For week ten I tried to keep the layout as simple as possible -a.k.a I reused last week fillers and change a bit to reflect week ten. I really plan to change the template but for some reason I just didn't feel it. Plus I am a little bit lazy to change what works currently. Since this is also a project 365 for 2014 I am keeping one photo a day for the layouts.

Week 10 [Project 365]

I wanted to wake up this morning and feel happy and grateful that I am here alive and well but somehow I felt a little bit guilty because there are some of us wake up not knowing what happened to our loves one on flight MH370. Until now we still have no official news to what really happened to flight MH370. I pray to Allah that my friend Sofuan Ibrahim is well and these are all just a big misunderstanding. I am already feeling the lost of a friend. Even though we don't really keep in touch after you transferred to Istana Negara and then MITI but we still keep tab of each other via Facebook and once in awhile you dropping by the office to see all of us.

day 63It was a wet and cool Tuesday morning. I love that it’s finally rain. It weather was so hot lately that I just don’t feel like going out. I hope that the temperature will go down and the water crisis will end soon.

day 64It was the last day of HTML and CSS training. I had so much fun in this class. I learn so much and this knowledge really helps when implementing and playing with html and css coding.

day 65 Sidang ridaksi discussion focus more on graphic and design. So far I love what we come up with. Go team!

day 66It was Friday and I am having fun with my little boy early in the morning. He woke up early, nurse, play, poop and bath all in one morning. I realy had a long morning when I have to do all that and get ready for work at the same. It’s not easy but I have to be fit and fast. More weight to loose so that I can move fast and efficient

day 67 - I was shocked today with the news that my friend Mohd Sofuan Ibrahim was in the MH370 flight from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. The last time I saw him was last year when he came to visit us at our office. May Allah bless him.

day 68 - I finally finished making my first vision board for One Little Word March assignment. I have never make any vision board before. I decided to do this digitally just because I don’t have any supplies to do it manually. I am not sure if I will print this vision board in bigger size. I print the vision board on two A4 paper with 84% shrink down and I paste them in my One Little Word smash book.


These are my life in photos for week ten. So many things happened and if I don't take the time to document them I might miss a lot. I still believe when you took the time to document the every day and the good things that happened in your life, you will be more grateful. Just saying.

In a blink of an eye it's already the ninth day of March. I was shocked with the news of Flight MH370 was missing and my friend was in that flight (Mohd Sofuan Ibrahim). It doesn't feel real. I last saw him last year when he came to visit us at the office. My pray and thoughts are with him and his family. My Allah bless us all.

Anyway my 30 days of lists project is going along well. I try to write in the lists every day but sometimes I do miss the day. Life as always have a way of getting in the way.
