Today I....

Today I...
  • decide to smile more
  • decide to love myself more
  • plan to eat salad for lunch, since I already have heavy breakfast
  • am glad that I have done T25 Ript Up exercise this morning
  • intend to stick to my Digital Detox program for Hanif. I am on day 5. So far he has been enjoying life more.
  • plan to shop for toys this weekend
  • intend to keep it simple. Got to remember simple=done
  • suddenly I've been missing my life way back when Machintosh is the computer and people haven't even heard of Windows. 
  • wish I have money to burn to satisfied my technology hunger
  • been daydreaming about my honeymoon trip 
  • am converting my mental checklists into a written to do lists and check them off one by one
  • loving my One Little Word so far, it's such an amazing experience. Somedays you find it easier to write some days you find that you have nothing to write
  • wanted clipped my nails
  • intend to spend my weekend enjoying my two year old, project life and lots of photo taking.
  • plan to make Today I ... as a monthly segment in my blog.

#thursday3 // 13.02.2014

This week work day is a long one for me and a busy one. On top of that I am not feeling so good. My whole world feel like falling apart and there's nothing I can do about it. Maybe all I need is good quality sleep.



#1. I am not feeling good this week. I was sick yesterday with a mild fever and I can’t even think, eat or do anything productive. I went to the clinic, home and straight to bed 
#2. I have a Sharepoint 2013 training but it wasn’t what I expected. It is more for infrastructure team rather than for my team. I don’t know why, lately I don’t feel excited with Microsoft product like I used too. Everything feels the same and too complicated 
#3. I have register for 30days of lists for March 2014. The price has increased from USD8.00 to USD10.00. It’s a little bit expensive for me but I join anyway. This challenge is another way for me to journal and write. One Little Word in action.

Goal this week: Small changes

When you are trying to make a positive changes in your life, the most important thing is to make a plan, stick with it and document the process.

I am so determine to make this week at least make small changes weekly and see how my mind and body reacts to the change.

Here is my fitness plan for this week: [Week 01]
  1. Eliminate rice from my diet for at least 5 days. Even though I don't really like rice I usually end up eating them during lunch time. So for this week I will make a conscious decision not to eat them especially at night.
  2. Continue Exercise with T25 by Shaun T from Monday  to Saturday. I also plan to do T25 exercise twice on Wednesday and Saturday 
  3. I have been neglecting to do my stretching , so on Sunday I will do Pilates to give my body time to adjust and relax the muscle 
  4. Drink Herbalife tea through out the day from Monday - Friday. My goal is to drink at least 3 litter during the day.
  5. Drink at least 4 litter of water per day from Monday - Sunday. 3 litter during the day and one litter at night
  6. Drink Herbalife shake for breakfast and at night. I still plan to mix the shake with low fat milk and one tablespoon of peanut butter.

  7. For lunch eat light. I am not going hunting so I don’t really need to stock up on carbo.
    Monday: eat musli mix + low fat milk
    Tuesday: eat musli mix + low fat milk
    Wednesday: salmon caesar salad
    Thursday: spagethi
    Friday : musli mix + low fat milk
    [for this week, say no to rice]
  8. Take at least 30 minutes nap during lunch break (to keep myself from eating or drink unhealthy stuffs)
  9. Wake up at 10 minutes earlier than usual. Prepare myself mentally before beginning T25 exercise
  10. Limit my cup of hot milo or hot nescafe to only once a day. Make sure I drink at least one litter of water after.
This is part of the process of changing my lifestyle gradually. I need to take stock of what's work and what's not working. This is also part of my one little word in action - documenting my process

Project Life Week 06

I decided to keep using the same template. I am still putting just one photo a day for this project and my currently template work perfectly. As much as possible I am incorporating more journaling on the page.
Note: I am definitely will be going on a Project Life essential diets for February. No new product until March or April. I hope I can last that long. Hemmm maybe I should focus more on documenting the process of losing weight [my mind immediately see another mini album probably the pink one to document my journey] oh boy! I have definitely been bitten by the Project Life bugs!

Week 06 [Project 365]

This week went by smoothly. I am falling in love with iMac every single day and I am also loving my life so far. My one little word is beginning to be a big part of my life this year. I am so thankful with all the blessing in my life.


day 034 - Today is a public holiday for Federal Territory. I decided to spend it with this little boy. Love him to pieces. So much fun.

day 035It's the day I take the day off from work. Since my two boys are not at school today, I plan to spend most of the day with them, my two teenager boys.

day 036 - First day at work in February after a long break. My February calendar is almost full with all the planned activities. So thankful for my iPad and Awesome Calendar.

day 037Life is a little bit busy today. I have been loving my iMac and work seems a little bit more interesting now. I am still learning my way around the Mac. Even though it's like riding a bike, I still have to get used to all the function and the keyboard. I think iMac is so much better and prettier than the original Machintosh.

day 038 I have been struggling with weight lately. I think the birth control pill that I take right now is messing with my hormone and made me gain weight effortlessly and loosing the weight seems impossible. I just can’t wait to change my pill. Anyway, I got hungry so easily and even if I eat or don’t eat makes no difference to my weight. So today I decided to eat chicken with no rice at Kenny Roger’s. Yummy!

day 039 - It's family time. Most of us gather at my brother in law's house for engagement ceremony of my nephew.

day 040 - Spending the Sunday with this little boy. He has been a little bit moodily lately. I  have no idea what's bothering him.

These are my life in photos for week six. So many things happened and if I don't take the time to document them I might miss a lot. I still believe when you took the time to document the every day and the good things that happened in your life, you will be more grateful. Just saying.
