Demam iphone lagi

As always the last two months of the year, a new model of iphone will be release. The new technology makes people go crazy.

The geek in me really really want this phone. It's now ranking at the top most wanted phone on the block. I kept telling myself that I don't need this phone. I already have iphone 5 which is still in good condition and I am still happy with the performance.
But somehow deep down inside I am still considering grabbing one of this.
3 reasons why I still think it is cool to have iphone 5s
1. Camera
A photogrpaher in me really amaze by how much the camera has improved in this model. The New iSight camera with 15 per cent larger sensor. Wider ƒ/2.2 aperture.2 True Tone flash. Burst mode and slo-mo video. The new 8-megapixel iSight camera packs in so much great technology, it’s even easier to get a great shot.
2. Touch Id
Fingerprint scanner/reader in the home button is so cool. Now you can log in to iphone with a single touch. And you can link it with your apple id. This makes shopping so much easier.

3. Gold iphone
This is definitely one of the main reason people decided to change . The gold iphone! It makes you feel like a royalty.

Maxis also has variety of plans for all your commuinication needs. Too bad at the moment the gold iphone is out of stock!

30 days of list // December edition

This is totally unexpected! 30 days of list for December 2013! It’s the last month of the year and usually the day passes so damn fast and sometimes if we are not careful, we might miss it.

I decided to join in the fun again. It was so much fun making a list. I am not going to make a new notebook for this challenge. I intend to continue writing the list in my existing 30 days of list notebook for 2013.

Sometimes life can gives you a lot of lemons and it's up to you how to make your own lemonade. You can be happy, decide to be happy and be happy. I love a list like this. It helps you to express yourself in this particular moment. Sometimes this little moments get lost in time.

  • daydream about a honeymoon trip to somewhere romantic and exotic
  • make a mental checklist of all unfinished projects for 2013
  • am having an amazing time being a mother to a one and a half year old boy

Introducing Insanity

I have been going back and forth when it comes to doing Insanity Program. I know that this program is going to be insane and tough. I am just not sure if I am up for it. Earlier this month I made 4 Simple Goals before 2014 and one of the goal is to do Insanity Program. Without thinking and analyzing too much, I just start with the first workout and push play. Five days later, I am still doing Insanity and I am loving every minute of it. My plan is not to weight myself weekly because I just don't want to be discourage if my weight doesn't move down. I rather focus on how my clothes fit me and be an athlete again.

My review and tips
  • when you start with a program like this, you really have to be prepare not only physically but mentally
  • just remember, don't stop when you are tired, stop when you are done
  • drink a lot of water because you are going to need it
  • I prevent myself from doing this workout early in the morning when I am lack with energy
  • I did this workout one and a half hour after dinner
  • for the first five days the workout focus more on cardio strength and endurance. You are going to be dripping with sweat
  • your abs is going to feel the burn
  • wearing a proper shoes and attire is going to help you when doing all the moves

I am so looking forward to the next five days. I hope that I will be motivated to move forward and be the best that I can be.
