4 Simple Goals before 2014

I am excited that 4 simple goals challenge is back. I love list and I love making goals. I did play along in 2010 and in 2012 and it was so much fun. Just making the list can lift up my mood and make me look forward to accomplish them. The purpose of this challenge is to remind you to create healthy, life-enriching habits during the last two months of the year.

"If you want, here are the "rules":
1. Choose simple goals that will make your life richer and happier on a daily basis. Choose things you may not otherwise get done but are not difficult to accomplish.
2. Do not choose result oriented goals. Choose activity oriented goals. For example, instead of "lose 10 pounds", choose something like "eat fresh fruits and vegetables every day". Get what I'm saying? Positive actions instead of just the end result!
3. Choose personal goals you believe will truly make your life richer just by doing them! They can be daily, weekly or one time experiences.
4. Choose a reward for each goal as it is accomplished! It can be a small or large reward—it's up to you.
5. Blog about your goals, each one as you achieve it and a big post when they are all finished before the new year! Be sure to leave us a link to your blog in the comments section. I'll be sure to share my experiences in a follow-up post before the new year." excerpt from A Beautiful Mess blog.

These are my 4 simple goals before 2014

#1. Do Insanity Workout Program, follow the schedule and review my progress weekly on my blog
#2. Print one photobook of my random 2013. I have already bought a coupon code at a discounted price for a photo book, I just need to make time to assemble and design the book and send them for printing.
#3. Print at least 10 photos per week and continue adding content into my smash book
#4. Do more fun things with my daughter. We seldom have the time to enjoy each other company. My daughter really makes being a girl so much fun. I really need to spend more time with her and do more girly things together. And she will be eleven next week!

Come and join in the fun, it's only 4 goals and we still have two months to do it.

Amazingly beautiful // Yuna's 'Nocturnal' album

Highly anticipated full album by Yuna, is finally mine today. I have been waiting for this album to be available via itunes for more than a week. Wow! is the first word that came to mind when I started listening to the album. Amazingly beautiful and mesmerizing. I can listen to the track over and over again.
My favorite tracks so far are "Falling", " Mountains", " I Wanna Go" and "Rescue". Such a catchy songs and I can't stop playing them over and over again in my head.

Kudos to Yuna for her creativity and hard work. It's not easy to be recognize internationally and she done it with such beauty and grace. I hope one day she will win American Music Awards for her album and maybe one day put Malaysian songs on the map.

day 27: Makeup essential

Day 27

The first makeup I’ve bought was a lipstick. Until now lipstick has been apart of my adult life. It’s the one thing I carry with me always.
