Ragam Eid

My eid celebration is fun, family, travel and carrying my baby most of the time. Hanif doesn't want to be hold by his silbilings more than 5 minutes.
He always comes looking for me, crying, nursing, sleeping and playing.

He grabs my glasses and put it on his face. So cute!

I really workout my arms and my abs. Holding him requires strength and stability. Oh boy!

#30lists September Edition

I am so excited to announce that I will participate again with 30 days of lists challenge this September. It’s a fun way to blog and document your life.
(original posted on February 6, 2013 when I did March 2013 lists. I still think the reasons why I join this challenge are still the same.)
Registration is now open at 30 days of lists website. Register now and stand a chance to win many great prizes. I am not an affiliate or ambassador, I am just a fan. I felt inspired and having fun at the same time when I join the community of listers last year. I just have to share.
Talking about this makes me want to make a lists. These are a few reasons why I love 30 days of lists challenge.
  • I am all set for one month blog posts consists of just lists
  • I am surrounded by many talented listers all over the world
  • I love the challenge of making the lists with the given daily prompt
  • Doing something creative with the lists is also so much fun
  • It’s a simple way to document my life during that month
  • there’s totally no wrong way of doing this
“Not everyone can make a mini scrapbook every week or an art journal page every night.
30 Days of Lists is our encouragement and challenge to you that you CAN journal just something every day – even something as small as a list.
Every day through the month of March 2013, we will be posting a list prompt – anything from weekend goals to celebrity crushes. At the end of the 30 days you’ll have a collection of entries creating a small snapshot of your life right now.
Only 5-10 minutes per day are really needed. While you’re waiting for someone, or when you’re the passenger in the car. You can even download the list topics ahead of time to get a jump start!
Visit the March 2011 site for more list topic ideas, subscribe to the 30 Days of Lists Newsletter for updates, or watch this space for March 2013 registration info!
That’s all.
Just write.
There’s no wrong way to do this and if you don’t like a prompt on a certain day, just change it.
30 Days of Lists is a collaboration between Kam of Campfire Chic and Amy of Lemon and Raspberry.” excerpt from the 30 days of lists website.

Photo Prompt #28 // Alone

Today is the second last day of Ramadan. The weather is a little bit hot around here. Most of the Muslim are excited and sad at the same time. Sad to see Ramadan goes and excited to meet Syawal.

Challenge #28: Alone

Sometimes being alone is essential when there are too many people around. Need some time to reflect and grow.

Focus T25 Week four review

I did a review of my week 3 progress report for Focus T25 last week . I am happy to report that I did see a change in my body weight and my tummy. I still have a long way to go on the tummy area and I am so looking forward to the next 6 weeks.
t25-haniz Weight today: 56.7kg

I can’t believe that I’ve managed to loose another 1.3kg in one week. I think fasting did help with my weight lost. I am hoping that when Eid comes I can still maintain this weight.
My Review and Tips
  • The schedule for this week is still doing Total Body Circuit twice. I still think this is the toughest workout in the Alpha phase.I found out that the more I focus the easier it is to do the workout.
  • Abs Interval workout is getting easier as I progress
  • I still did one workout from Hip Hop Abs just for the fun of it
  • I do eat rice during iftar but I kept the portion small.
  • I drink Herbalife protein shake during Sahur and eat 3 dates with one bottel of Herbalife tea. I didn’t eat anything else.
  • Keeping my body move more during the day also help me to loose weight.
  • So far my favorite move is Sprint Turn + Squad.
  • I am still having trouble focusing when doing Spider + Pushup. It really hard for me to do pushup on my toes. I still do it on my knees.
I am looking forward to Week 5. I may not be able to continue with week 5 right away due to the holiday and Eid celebration. I am taking a week break and when I come back I will continue doing Week 5.

Something beautiful

It has been a long time since I made layouts just for fun. Ramadan is a very busy month because there so many things to do that only happen in Ramadan. I have bought a few beautiful kits during July but I still haven’t got a chance to make layouts. I got lots of photos that I can work with. Finally yesterday I got a chance to make three layouts. I intend to make more but I am running out of creative time. Maybe during this long holiday I might get a chance to play some more.

In the mean times these are the three layouts I made with my new kits collection to inspire you. I hope you enjoy them.
