Day 13 // Ramadan right now

..... things are more complicated than before
..... learning to figure out what you want isn't easy.
..... suddenly I am right where I was only in reversed
..... I only have myself to blame
..... if only I just have one simple needs
..... suddenly I am having a baby fever all over again
..... Ramadan never fails to bring me a lot of joy and the same time trying to teach me a lesson
..... I am but only a human and a woman

Day 12 // Another typical Friday or so it seems.....

The 12th day of Ramadan comes and goes a little bit too fast for me. All I can sum up about today was simply sweet and awesome all at the same time.
It's amazing how the change of feelings and point of view can really change the way you see your everydayness. Suddenly everything seems so beautiful. Even the ride home in a traffic jam seems too sweet and beautiful.

Day 11 // there's something there, Ramadan and such

I am glad I decided to take a iphoneongraphy challenge during Ramadan. This will give my DSLR a chance to take a rest.

* photo taken using Iphone and King Camera apps..

Today was another roller coaster day for me. I am so tired mentally at the end of the day. Sometimes I do miss the simple life way but somehow I seems to be attracted to unsimpleness and chaos. Am I addicted to it? Hemmm...

Anyhow the 11th day ot Ramadan was very interesting for me.. I just don't really know how to articulate it in a way that my heart will understand...
Oh boy, sorry for rambling. i better stop now and take a rest.

### if you are wondering, I am wearing a hijab from Firzara Exclusive latest collection. I don't know if it has a name or not.

10 things iphoneography

It has been awhile since I last posted any entry with 10 things theme. I’ve been doing this project for the whole of Ramadan to capture photos using only my iphone.

iphoneography is bascially photography using iphone. I was bitten by the iphoneography bug ever since I bought my first iphone. It was so much fun and really really convenient.

10 things you should do when you bought your iphone if you are a photographer at heart.

#1) Don’t use the camera app that comes with the phone. It is a big disappointment to me. The first apps I bought for photography was Camera+. It takes a lot of photos faster but you just have to copy them one by one to your camera roll.

#2) Instagram is the next application on my list. The amazing apps took photo in a square format, add filters and share them with your friends.

#3) DocScanner is really cool aps. Instead of using your photo for photography only, you can use it as a scanner. How cool is that?

#4) The next apps that I use often is Hipstamatic. This is such a cool apps. It feels and behave like a toy camera. I just love how the photo changes when you change the lens and the film

#5) The iphone camera can also be use as a note taking tools. Having Evernote in your mobile phone can really helps speed up note taking process, just snap the photo and sync them with your Evernote account

#6) If you love taking photos every day , why not gives Everyday apps a chance. There’s no instant gratification you just have to wait for volume

#7) Another cool photography apps is King Camera. It can take still images and also movie. The shutter speed is a bit faster and you can take multiple photos without having to see them one by one.

#8) Ttv Camera is also on my list of favorite photography apps. The image was beautiful and grungy. I love the old and ruin effect.

#9) One more thing before I forgot, don’t use iphone flash. To me it is worthless. The photos looks horrible. Use the apps instead to adjust exposure

#10) Never leave home without your cute iphone and try to capture as many photos as you can with a lot of different angle.

I haven’t try TiltShift Generator . I would to give this a try. Looks cool and amazing. TiltShift Generator was designed to create a miniature effect, but you can also use it to create a depth of field effect that you would normally achieve with a DSLR. All you need to do is put whatever you want into focus and blur the background.

Have fun with you iphone. I know I do!!!

Day #10 // My Sweet Ramadan

Something great always happened to me during Ramadan. This month seems to brings me more joy and happiness either work wise or personal wise. Aku bersuyukur --- I am thankful to Allah for everything and gift to feel again.

Day #9 // Nothing much really happened today just a…

normal Ramadan, with normal to do list. It’s already become a routine; waking up early in the morning, going to work, come back from work, rushing to buy food for iftar , eat dinner with the kids, recite Quran, Tarawikh and sleep.. than the cycle begins again…

Day 08 // Ramadan and Instagram

It’s Monday already. I am just glad that the day is almost over. I was so caught up at work that I didn’t really  have the time to take a break. I am facing with a lot of stuffs  lately that  sometimes I just want to disappear into my own world or be at the place where nobody knows me.

a little reminder // the last thing on your mind right now but it must be done !

It’s Sunday over here and I think it’s time for us to make a backup of our data today. Let’s declare today is a backup day!

things your might want to backup:

  • digital photos
  • your blog – for blogger please use export your blog feature
  • applications on your iphone
  • music
  • digital scrapbook kits
  • digital scrapbook layouts
  • work documents
  • your laptop—if you want to

media you might consider

  • online backup – using cloud
  • CD / DVD
  • pendrive
  • external hard disk

Backup Rules you might want to consider

  • labels your backup media
  • schedule the backup if you have the rights tools or make a backup  one of your habit
  • you can never have too many  backup.. cause when disaster strike you need all the backup you can get
  • put all you backup media in a safe place
  • do some spring cleaning before you backup. You don’t want to backup data you no longer need.

***Backup might be the last thing on anyone’s mind but when something happened and you lost your data then backup becomes the only thing in your mind.
