List #27 // Lessons Learned


Hemmm …. I think I’ve made a lot of this kind of list this year
And for today’s prompt I will go more to operational things I’ve learn
  • mentally set 30 minutes a day to just be yourself
  • don’t drink coffee or herbalife tea one hour before bedtime
  • drink lots of water during the day.
  • eat until  you are not hungry anymore. the same rules do apply during Ramadan.
  • eat at least three (3) dates during Sahur. You will feel energetic during the day
  • be gentle with your body. Don’t eat too much carbo when breaking your fast
  • eat slowly and don’t rush the food down your throat
  • spend at least 30 minutes a day to recite Quran. It is good for the soul
  • make time to pray Salah Tarawikh during Ramadan. It’s good for your health and your soul
