“In this life we get only those things for which we hunt, for which we strive, and for which we are willing to sacrifice." - George Adams
Since I don’t know when is the next time this will happen, I immediately capture it and document it. Nice!
“Ah...the simple pleasures in life. They are usually brief, easy and uncomplicated. They often involve triggering one of the 5 senses to wash over you in a moment of awareness and joy. What allows you to stop and appreciate your day?” taken from 30 days of gratitude.
I love my Saturday. One of the simple pleasure is staying at home, eating a home cook meal, watching TV while surfing the internet and making beautiful scrapbook page using digital kits I bought during DSD sale. There’s noting due at the end of the day.
Day 17: Thankful for Simple Pleasure
Another great template from sunshine studio guest designer. This one is called My Style Gratitude Template by miss kim design. Available at Sunshine Studio Scraps.
And this one is another new kit called Strange Dream kit by miss kim designs. It has 13 pattern papers and 7 solid papers.
this is my layout using the above combination
and this is my layout using the above kit.
Not at all what I expected:
#1) I am a fan of an alien movie, naturally I was very excited to see this movie. I was so disappointed.
#2) Such a hopeless movie, no chance of survivor at all!
#3) I don’t really remember any of the scene at the end of the movie. Very forgettable.
#4) Bad casting, bad acting, no plot and no ending!

A year ago today, I made this layout. Documenting my busy schedule in November 2009. It looks like history is repeating itself. It’s another busy November this year.It seems like everybody is busy arranging programs and workshops. I am just running out of time and out of resources to mobilize around. Oh boy! I just hope I get through November with my sanity intact!
I am really hoping December will be clam and relax mode.
This camera changed my life completely. I used to take photo using traditional SLR camera. It take a very long time for me to enjoy all the wonderful photos I took.
The moment I own DSL camera, I’ve never looked back. These are the reasons why:*
* instant gratification. I can look at my photos immediately after I snapped them
* I can take as many photos as I like without have to worry about film.
* learn photography technique without stress
* a lot of amazing project I can do with all my digital photos
*I can easily share all my art work with friends and family
This layout really caught my eye. Amazingly beautiful and creative! I might try this one.. if I could make my daughter make faces. Suddenly she seems very shy at this age. I don’t really know why. Every time I took a few embarrassing photo of her (even though I tought it was cute!) , she repeatedly asked me not to post them in facebook! And she is only 8.

I really love this apps Tweetdeck. These are the reasons why
#1) Auto shrink URL
#2) Tweet on the go. They even have tweetdeck for Android
#3) Can create mutiple coloumn
#4) I can check and post to my twitter and facebook at one place
#5) I can schedule my posting.
Day 13: I am thankful for Tweetdeck

I’ve been blogging every since 2007. At first it was just a way for me to update family member about what’s going on in my life. After a while it became like a diary where I express my deepest and darkest moment. It was very therapeutic. Then after a while I notice that I kept repeating the same heartache over and over again and it’s getting old. Then in early 2009, I decided to closed all my other blogs and focus more on the things I love which is scrapbooking and keep everything light, eye candy and fun. It was about time I focus all my creativity on things that makes me happy rather than things that make me sad.
So today I am thankful for blog, because with it I am able to move on. Seeing your life on words really put things into perspective .
Day 12: Gratitude for blog
I really really love this idea. Never really thought of scrapping my favorite fonts. Might scraplift this idea.

I've been coming to this place ever since my kids were little. We usually have our annual family photo taken here. I love coming to KLCC either to shop or just taking some photos. So I am thankful that I have this special place where we can come to when we want to have a family time or just having fun.
